Design of pressure systems
The selection of a suitable pressure generator, the necessary target

our many years of experience, we also provide suggestions on structural
design all the way to complete project support .
In the event of accidents, we can respond nationwide within 24 hours.

prerequisite s in the repair sector.
We also perform assembly work at your plant. Pipework for high-pressure
systems, recurring maintenance work all the way to complete overhaul
of equipment are carried out by an excellently trained service staff.
Start-up of systems
In connection with the delivery of pump units, test benches, autoclave
systems and the like, we also offer initial start-up at the installation
site. In general various questions can be clarified in this process,
making it easier for the user to work with the unit.
A desired stress state is created through cold-working with a great
number of pressure-bearing components. With regard to the expected
high load change figures this brings about a significant improvement
in fatigue strength.
We have test boxes in which components with a length of up to 2.5
m can be destroyed. The burst pressure can be recorded electronically
in this process.
Pressure tests, including certificate
With our mobile test unit we can generate 14,000 bar hydraulically.
In such on-site pressure tests we merely require a three-phase a.c.
power supply with 16 A fuse.
In future training will be offered by us, covering work with high-pressure
systems in general, necessary safety measures, servicing instructions,
use of our screw-tensioning devices and much more.
