1.2 High-pressure hoses
Our high-pressure hoses are suitable for pressures up to 2800 bar
and have nominal diameters of 2mm to 8mm. The standard lengths are
1.0m, 1.5m, 2.0m, 2.5m, 3.0m und 4.0m. On request other lengths and
types of hose are available. The hoses are suitable for most liquids
and gases. They are resistant against nearly chemicals, acids and
bases. The connections correspond to the standard high-pressure connections
of our pipes and can be mounted by means of our fittings. All connections
and fittings are made of stainless steel. Optionally the high-pressure
hoses can be supplied with burstproof hoses, retaining hoses as well
as protective hoses against external mechanical impacts.

The high-pressure hoses
have the same connections (taper and thread) as high-pressure
pipes. Like high-pressure pipelines, the hoses can also be
screwed into the fittings by means of a thrust collar and
pressure screw. The thrust collar and pressure screw must
be ordered separately. All components are made of stainless
steel.
