For hydroforming applications
in the lower pressure range (up to 2,000 bar), as a rule, good operating
times are achieved with standard high pressure fittings.
In case of higher pressures and several load changes per minute, however,
no acceptable operating times are achieved with standard fittings.
Thus, our fittings especially developed for this purpose are fabricated
of special stainless steels and are subsequently autofrettaged.
They also perform under demanding requirements for many million of
load changes.
