Pressure intensifiers for hydroforming:

We fabricate pressure intensifiers for all hydroforming applications up to 10,000 bar (142,000 psi). Our biggest pressure intensifier employed for hydroforming has a stroke of 11 l at 3,000 bar (43,000 psi).
Apart from our extensive standard programme most items are also available from stock, we also manufacture customer-specific solutions on request.

Our pressure intensifiers are profiled with a long life-run, long operating life of seals, as well as with minimal servicing requirement (simple replacement of sealing).


Technical specifications of pressure intensifier:

• up to 6,000 bar (85,000 psi) for industrial hydroforming (long operating life and plant availability).
• and up to 10,000 bar (142,000 psi) for research
• drive: hydraulic up to 700 bar (10,000 psi) or pneumatic, also multi-stage
• materials: depending on application, ranging from heat-treated steels - to high-alloyed stainless steels
• seals: special high-pressure seals for extremely long operating life, material depending on application
• linear position sensors: internal and external; all common manufacturers
• high-pressure connections: all common systems
